Database Management Tools
Having a tool to effectively manage subscriber information is the key to a successful email marketing campaign.
Auto-Management of Subscriber Input:
- Subscriber data collection
All information is automatically written to the database from the online survey. There is no manual data-entry needed.
- Automatic segmentation of subscribers by interest or demographics
Online survey results are automatically sorted into groups determined by the administrator.
- Automatic profile updating
Subscribers have the ability to return to your online survey and update their profiles or demographic information (i.e. new address or new interest). All updates are automatically written to the database.
List Management Tools:

Allows the user to upload permission-based email lists.
- Data Export
Allows the user to download data to an Excel Spreadsheet, Word Document, or any text-based format. All exported data remains in the database and copies to the new location.

Users can search by and view the following pieces of data: email address, first name, last name, date, zip code, city, state, country, address, home phone, work phone, and fax. Search results can be sorted by whichever piece of data the user chooses, ascending or descending.
- Cross-Referenced Searches
By utilizing this querying function, users can isolate subscribers who have specified multiple interests (i.e. both baseball and football, rather than in one or the other). This new function enables users to easily build new list groups based on a desired demographic set and send emails to a tighter target market.

- Auto removal of opt-outs
